Couldn’t I just buy an iPad prompter?

iPad prompters are fine for brief scripts but lack live editing, professional operation, and speed control. They’re not recommended for tight schedules, events or long scripts.

Do you offer remote prompting?

Yes! We use IP‑based software and equipment to operate virtually from Sydney to anywhere in the world, including via Zoom or WebEx.

Which teleprompter system is best for my job?

We assess each client’s needs (eye‑line, distance, camera, stage) and recommend suitable equipment based on your desired outcome.

Can I just rent equipment from you?

Yes – we dry‑hire our 15″ Studio Cues on a case‑by‑case basis, usually with an operator. More specialised equipment always includes professional operation.

Does your equipment fit any camera?

Yes – our systems are versatile and rig to Steadicams, cranes, broadcast cameras, DSLRs, super‑box lenses and more.

How do I provide my script? Can I make changes?

We accept simple Word or text documents (no PDFs). Formatting takes 30–60 minutes. Changes can be made live during rehearsal by marking up your script.

How much setup time is required?

Setup depends on the job, but for standard camera shoots we allow at least 1 hour for rigging and script prep.

What video output does your equipment provide?

We provide SD‑SDI as standard, and offer HD‑SDI for certain systems and software.

Do I need to have experience to use a teleprompter?

Not at all! Our operators coach anyone comfortably, and our scripts don’t require memorisation—just natural delivery.

Does your equipment work outdoors or in wet weather?

Our high‑bright monitors work in sunlight, but equipment isn’t suitable for wet weather. Power access is required.
